Service Description

This is a Six Week Coaching Session where we dive into your personal patterns of dysregulation to uncover the connected and aligned version of you. We will have three one on one video sessions over the six weeks. Learn to recognize your personal behavior patterns, reconnect with your values and integrity, and then finally rewire the thoughts that are keeping you stuck in repeating patterns you want to release.
