What is Breathwork?

Breathwork in it's most basic form is consciously altering your breathing for a specific purpose. Typically it is to calm the body and bring your nervous system back to equilibrium and safety.

A Breathwork session is a 90-minute guided breathing pattern which helps regulate the nervous system and reconnect your body and mind. It’s a body first approach to healing and understanding your emotions and the information those emotions are trying to send. Participants (including myself) have been able to access subconscious patterns, understand their divine potential, and release ruminating thoughts and stuck emotions.

And once again, it's just breathing. Can't do it wrong and you don't need any prior knowledge to do this work. It's a tool that can be used to regulate emotions, manage depression and anxiety, and provide a space to give yourself the self-compassion required for peace and change.

Reduce Stress & Anxiety

Breathwork helps calm the nervous system and regulate stress hormones, easing feelings of anxiety and overwhelm. By promoting mindfulness, it can also lift mood and support emotional balance, reducing symptoms of depression.

Emotional Regulation

Breathwork creates a pause between feeling and reacting, giving you space to respond to emotions more thoughtfully. By calming the mind and body, it helps you process intense feelings and regain a sense of control.

Release Cortisol

Breathwork activates the body’s relaxation response, which naturally lowers cortisol levels and counteracts chronic stress. By encouraging slower, deeper breathing, it signals the brain to shift from a state of fight-or-flight to calm and balance.

Healing & Oxygenation

Breathwork increases oxygen flow throughout the body, supporting cellular repair and optimal organ function. By improving circulation and reducing tension, it creates conditions that promote the body’s natural healing processes.

What Our Clients Say

Mikel K.

I thought I had forgiven myself for [this]. When we started the breathing I felt tension in my womb area and that's when I realized still had not fully forgiven myself yet. During the release I felt the pain go away and finally felt peace and realized there was nothing more I could have done. I was able to let it go and see myself with compassion.
